Bücher, die buchstäblich bewegen und die Faszination Automobil und Mobilität zugänglich machen wurden kürzlich in der Motorworld München mit dem MOTOR- WORLD Buchpreis ausgezeichnet.
21 Neuerscheinungen sowie Sonderpreise wurden ver- liehen. Porsche-Werke dominierten aufgrund des Jubilä- umsjahres stark. Auch andere Themen wie Opel, Ferrari und Formel 1 wurden ausgezeichnet. Die Geschichte von Lancia und Art Deco-Fahrzeugen sowie Technikpionier Karl Maybach fanden Anerkennung. „The Italians“ beein- druckte als Buch über italienisches Automobildesign. Der Motorworld Buchpreis würdigt herausragende lite- rarische Werke, die sich den Themen Automobil und Mo- bilität widmen.
Books that are literally moving and pay homage to the fascination of automobiles and mobility were recently honoured at Motorworld München with the MOTOR- WORLD Book Prize.
21 new publications were crowned award-winners in addition to some special prizes. Porsche-themed works predominated on account of the car maker‘s anniver- sary year. Other award-winning themes included Opel, Ferrari and Formula 1. The history of Lancia and Art Deco vehicles, as well as technology pioneer Karl May- bach, were also recognised. „The Italians“ is an impres- sive book about Italian car design.
