Die erste Auktion von RM Sotheby’s in München fand in der Motorworld München statt, einem frisch renovierten Gebäude, das vor einem Jahrhundert zur Reparatur von Eisenbahnwaggons genutzt wurde, und war schon vor dem Verkauf des ersten Loses elektrisierend. München 2022 war erst die zweite Veranstaltung unseres Auktionshauses im Land der automobilen Innovation und wurde mit einem Rekordergebnis von 23.500.610 Euro zur erfolgreichsten Automobilauktion in der Geschichte Deutschlands.
Set inside the stunning expanse of Motorworld München, a freshly remodeled facility once used to repair railcars a century ago, RM Sotheby’s first-ever Munich auction was electrifying even before the opening lot was sold. Only the second event that our auction house has held in the land of motoring innovation, Munich 2022 went on to become the most successful automotive auction in Germany’s history, earning a record €23,500,610.
