Die Auszeichnung „ImmobilienAward Metropolregion Stuttgart“ 2023, die der Branchenverband IWS Immobi- lienwirtschaft Stuttgart e.V. an außergewöhnliche Projek- te in der Region verleiht, konnte das Motorworld Village Metzingen in diesem Jahr für sich gewinnen. Als Event- location mit einzigartigem Konzept konnte der Standort in der Kategorie „Sondernutzung Gewerbeimmobilien“ den Sieg einfahren.
This year, Motorworld Village Metzingen won the 2023 „Im- mobilienAward Metropolregion Stuttgart“, which the IWS Immobilienwirtschaft Stuttgart e.V. industry association presents to exceptional projects in the region. As an event location with a unique concept, the site took first place in the category „Special usage of commercial property“.
