Viele Hersteller nutzen die Rétromobile gezielt, um ihre
Markenhistorie in den Vordergrund zu stellen und sich
gegen die wachsende Konkurrenz aus China zu positio-
nieren. So waren neben Mercedes-Benz und Renault auch
Bentley, Porsche, Skoda, Maserati, Toyota und Cadillac
prominent vertreten. Besonders im Fokus standen dabei
Modelle, die Vergangenheit und Zukunft miteinander ver-
binden.
Ein großer Publikumsmagnet war die Ausstellung histo-
rischer Bugatti Type 59-Modelle, begleitet von der Prä-
sentation eines neuen dreibändigen Buches über dieses
legendäre Fahrzeug. Zudem wurde ein extrem seltenes
Citroën DS Bossaert GT 19-Modell gezeigt, das mit seiner
ungewöhnlichen Heckgestaltung und den markanten Ca-
rello-Rückleuchten für viel Aufsehen sorgte.
Die Rétromobile 2025 hat erneut bewiesen, warum sie
zu den bedeutendsten Oldtimer-Messen weltweit gehört.

Manufacturers focus on tradition
Many manufacturers use the Rétromobile to showcase their
brand history and position themselves against the growing
competition from China. In addition to Mercedes-Benz and
Renault, Bentley, Porsche, Skoda, Maserati, Toyota and
Cadillac were also prominently represented. The focus was
particularly on models that combine the past and the future.
One of the main attractions for visitors was the exhibition
of historic Bugatti Type 59 models, accompanied by the
presentation of a new three-volume book about this
legendary car. Also on display was an extremely rare Citroën
DS Bossaert GT 19 model, which caused quite a stir with its
unusual rear design and distinctive Carello rear lights.
