This faithful production, which comes directly from London’s West End, is being presented in German for the first time and promises superb entertainment with a handsome dash of humour, charm and musical zest. “Sister Act” whisks the audience away into the world of the convent of the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, where divine humour meets fresh show spirit. The show thrills the audience with new, energetic musical songs by eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken, who helped to create Disney hits such as “Aladdin” and “Beauty and the Beast”. He now brings a breath of fresh air to the convent and makes the nuns shake the pews in an unforgettable manner.
