Die längste Ausgabe in der Geschichte der 1000 Miglia ging vor zwei Wochen zu Ende, nachdem die Teams an den fünf Renntagen über 2200 Kilometer durch Italien gefahren waren. Vom strömenden Regen vor der Ankunft in Rom bis zur sengenden Sonne in Alessandria haben die Teilnehmer eine Tour de Force hinter sich gebracht, die sie nach Cervia-Milano Marittima führte, bevor sie in der Hauptstadt umkehrten, um nach Parma und schließlich nach Mailand zu fahren, mit einer Durchfahrtskontrolle auf der Piazza Duomo und der Ankunft im City Life für die letzte Nacht des Rennens vor der Ankunft in Brescia.

The longest edition in the history of the 1000 Miglia came to
an end a fortnight ago, after the teams had driven over 2200 kilometres through Italy on the five race days. From the pouring rain before arriving in Rome to the scorching sun in Alessandria, the competitors completed a tour de force that took them to Cervia- Milano Marittima before turning around in the capital to head to Parma and finally Milan, with a drive-through checkpoint in Piazza Duomo and arrival at City Life for the final night of the race before arriving in Brescia.
