The Macallan Horizon wird in einer horizontalen, um 180 Grad gedrehten Glasflasche präsentiert und symbolisiert die horizontale Ebene der Automobilwelt. Das Design wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen The Macallan und Bentley Motors entwickelt und umfasst sechs Materialien, die für beide Marken charakteristisch sind und ihr gemeinsames Engagement für Innovation widerspiegeln.
Der maßgeschneiderte Glasbehälter stellt die traditionelle Whiskyabfüllung in Frage. Er ist mit präzisionsgefertigtem Aluminium ummantelt und mit feinem, kohlenstoffarmem Leder in Kastanientönen ausgekleidet. Ein Rahmen aus recyceltem Kupfer, einschließlich der Überreste früherer Destillierapparate von The Macallan, sorgt für einen Hauch von Nachhaltigkeit.

Presented in a horizontal glass vessel with a 180-degree twist, The Macallan Horizon symbolizes the automotive world’s horizontal plane. Conceived through extensive collaboration between The Macallan and Bentley Motors, the design incorporates six materials integral to both brands, reflecting their shared commitment to innovation.
The bespoke glass vessel challenges traditional whisky bottling, encased in precision-engineered aluminium and lined with fine low carbon leather in a chestnut hue. A surrounding frame crafted from recycled copper, including remnants from The Macallan’s previous stills, adds a touch of sustainability.
