Sechs der elf Gebäude wurden bereits aufwendig saniert und mit modernster Technik ausgestattet. Die Große Schmiedehalle verfügt über eine rund 80 Quadratmeter große kinetische LED-Wand in ge- schwungener Form.
Noch 2023 wird die Sanierung von drei weiteren Gebäuden abge- schlossen, wodurch sich die Indoor-Veranstaltungsfläche auf über 5.000 Quadratmeter nahezu verdoppelt. Gastronomische Einrich- tungen und Einbauten ermöglichen den Betrieb von Pop-up-Res- taurants und Bars. Weitere Gastronomie ist in Form eines American Diners auf dem Gelände geplant. Außerdem sind ein Hotel und ein Parkhaus geplant.
Six of the eleven buildings have already been extensively refurbished and fitted out with state-of-the-art technical systems. The Grosse Schmiedhalle (Great Forge Hall) features a curved kinetic LED wall of around 80 square metres in size.
The refurbishment of three further buildings will be completed in 2023, almost doubling the indoor event space to over 5,000 square metres. Catering facilities and installations allow for the operation of pop-up restaurants and bars. There are also plans to open an Ame- rican diner on the premises. A hotel and a multi-storey car park are planned as well.
