Am 1. Februar 2025 wurde der Flugplatz Zell am See zum Zentrum eines spektakulären
Motorsport-Events, das 5000 begeisterte Fans in seinen Bann zog. Das FAT Ice Race
2025 war ein Fest für Motorsport-Enthusiasten, Adrenalinjunkies und Lifestyle-Liebhaber
gleichermaßen. Mit 96 Teams, 34 Showfahrzeugen und einer perfekt präparierten Eisstrecke
war es das ultimative Winterhighlight für Rennsportfans. Ein Team der Motorworld Group
war mit dem Porsche 911 Dakar Rallye dabei.
Rennen, Drifts und pure Action
Die Fahrer boten atemberaubende Drifts und spannende Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen auf der
rutschigen Strecke. Besonders Motorsport-Profi Grégoire Munster sorgte für Begeisterung,
als er mit seinem Red Bull Ford Rally WRC über das Eis fegte und sein fahrerisches Können
eindrucksvoll unter Beweis stellte. Die Zuschauer erlebten packende Duelle, bei denen es
nicht nur um Geschwindigkeit, sondern auch um technisches Können auf der anspruchsvollen
Strecke ging.
Neben den Rennen sorgten Showfahrzeuge für besondere Hingucker. Egal ob historische
Klassiker, hochmoderne Sportwagen oder speziell für das Event umgebaute Fahrzeuge –
die Vielfalt an Boliden war einzigartig und unterstrich die Bedeutung des FAT Ice Race als
erstklassige Motorsport-Veranstaltung.
On February 1, 2025, the airfield at Zell am See became the center of a spectacular motorsport
event that captivated 5,000 enthusiastic fans. The FAT Ice Race 2025 was a celebration for
motorsport enthusiasts, adrenaline junkies and lifestyle lovers alike. With 96 teams, 34 show cars
and a perfectly prepared ice track, it was the ultimate winter highlight for racing fans. A team from
the Motorworld Group participated in the Porsche 911 Dakar Rally.
Racing, drifting and pure action
The drivers put on breathtaking drifts and exciting head-to-head races on the slippery track.
Professional racing driver Grégoire Munster was particularly impressive as he swept across the
ice in his Red Bull Ford Rally WRC, impressively demonstrating his driving skills. The spectators
experienced thrilling duels, which were not only about speed but also about technical skill on the
demanding track.
In addition to the races, show vehicles provided special eye-catchers. Whether historic classics,
ultra-modern sports cars or vehicles specially converted for the event – the variety of racing cars
was unique and underlined the importance of the FAT Ice Race as a first-class motorsport event.
