Auf zwei Ebenen entstehen Showrooms und Werk- stätten für Handel, Mobilitätsservice und Fahrzeug- wartung sowie exklusive Autovermietungen. Darüber hinaus wird es über 60 Glaseinstellboxen sowie im Au- ßenbereich über 300 Kurz- und auch mehrere hundert Langzeit-Parkplätze geben. Attraktive Cafés, Restau- rants und Bars werden ein zusätzlicher Publikumsma- gnet sein. Als Highlight ist eine Rooftop-Bar geplant. Zwei unter Denkmalschutz stehende mallorquinische Windmühlen, die auch auf dem Gelände sind, werden in den nächsten Monaten fachgerecht saniert.

Das Konzept der Motorworld Mallorca umfasst zu- dem einen großzügigen und modular gestaltbaren Eventbereich für Meetings, Tagungen, Veranstaltun- gen und Präsentationen mit einer Kapazität von acht bis zu 2.000 Personen. Darüber hinaus bietet sie sich zukünftig als Szenetreff und Location für automobile Events sowie als Start und Ziel von Rallyes, Ausfahrten und Oldtimer-Touren an.
Exclusive showrooms, workshops, car rentals
Showrooms and workshops for retail, mobility ser- vices and vehicle maintenance as well as exclusive car rental outlets will be built on two levels. In addi- tion, there will be over 60 glass parking stalls as well as over 300 short-term and several hundred long-term parking spaces in the outdoor area. Attractive cafés, restaurants and bars will be an additional crowd-pul- ler. A rooftop bar is planned as a highlight. Two listed Mallorcan windmills, which are also on the site, will be professionally renovated over the next few months.

The Motorworld Mallorca concept also includes a spacious and modular event area for meetings, con- ferences, events and presentations with a capacity of eight to 2,000 people. In addition, it will in future be a trendy meeting place and location for automotive events as well as the start and finish of rallies, excur- sions and classic car tours.
