Hinter dem siegreichen Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 SS Zagato aus dem Jahr 1929 standen zwei Lancia Lambda Spider vom Typ 221 auf dem Podium: Gianmario Fontanella und Annamaria Covelli vor Andrea Belometti und Gianluca Bergomi. Bestes reines Damenteam waren Silvia Marini und Irene Dei Tos in einem Bugatti T 40 aus dem Jahr 1929, die mit Platz 27 den Damenpokal gewannen.
Die 1000 Miglia Green gewannen Paolo Piva und Matteo Ferraglio in einem Tesla Model Y vor Mirco Magni und Laura Confalonieri in einem Polestar 2 und Antonino Azzarello und Stefano Orlandini in einem Ford Mustang Mach-E.
Schließlich gewannen Andrea Milesi und Giordano Mozzi die Ferrari Tribute 1000 Miglia auf einem F8 Spider, gefolgt von Fabrizio Macario und Giovanna Di Costanzo auf einem 2019 488 Pista. Dritte wurden Celestino und Antonio Sangiovanni in einem 2021er Ferrari Roma.
