Der begehrte „Best of Show“-Preis ging an die Besitzer des 1938er Bugatti T57 Gangloff. Als Preis erhielten sie eine Lonville Special Edition Uhr, den Rallyemaster Chronograph, der auf 88 Stück limitiert ist.
Die Jury setzte sich aus mehr als 15 interna- tional anerkannten Experten der renommier- testen Wettbewerbe zusammen. Vorsitzender der Jury ist der Deutsche Christian Kramer, Juror in Pebble Beach und Mitglied des Aus- wahlkomitees der Villa d‘Este. In der ersten Phase werden die Klassensieger ermittelt. Der Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Villa D‘Este aus dem Jahr 1949 wurde Klassensieger, die Klasse „Happy Birthday Porsche“ gewann der Besit- zer des Porsche Carrera Speedster aus dem Jahr 1957.
Am Sonntag, 7. Mai, fand die neunte Ausgabe der Gleichmässigkeitsrallye „Lions in Classic 2023“ statt, mit einer noch nie dagewese- nen Strecke im Herzen des Tessins und einer Durchquerung Graubündens. Rückkehr nach Lugano und Siegerehrung.
The coveted „Best of Show“ prize went to the owners of the 1938 Bugatti T57 Gangloff. As a prize, they received a Lonville Special Edition watch, the Rallyemaster Chronograph, which is limited to 88 pieces.
The jury was composed of more than 15 in- ternationally renowned experts from the most prestigious competitions. The chairman of the jury is the German Christian Kramer, juror at Pebble Beach and member of the Villa d‘Este selection committee. In the first phase, the class winners will be determined.
The Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Villa D‘Este from 1949 was the class winner, the class „Happy Birthday Porsche“ was won by the owner of the Porsche Carrera Speedster from 1957.
On Sunday, 7 May, the ninth edition of the „Lions in Classic 2023“ regularity rally took pla- ce, with an unprecedented route in the heart of Ticino and a crossing of the Grisons. Return to Lugano and award ceremony.
