Ein weiterer Workshop widmete sich der Verbindung von Nachhaltigkeit und Sport for Good. Oliver Mergens von der VAUDE Academy erklärte, warum Nachhaltigkeit wichtig ist, wie sie umgesetzt werden kann und welche Rolle Teamsport dabei spielt. Er gab auch Tipps zum Umgang mit Überforde- rung und fehlendem Optimismus.
Die Förderprogramme von Laureus Sport for Good waren ebenfalls als Referentinnen präsent. Deborah Helmbold und Katharina Martin von FAIR.STÄRKEN sprachen über die Par- tizipation von Kindern und Jugendlichen in der Praxis . Nadi- ne Heptner von KICKFAIR stellte die Belonging-Theorie vor und erläuterte, wie die Organisation „Orte der Zugehörigkeit“ _schafft. Youth Leader Tim gewährte Einblicke in seine Teilnah- me am KICKFAIR-Programm.
Der Digital Summit wurde durch die großzügige Unterstützung der Deutschen Postcode Lotterie ermöglicht. Die Referieren- den und Teilnehmenden der Workshops trugen mit spannen- den Diskussionen und Gedanken zu einer inspirierenden Ver- anstaltung bei.
Another workshop was dedicated to the connections between sustainability and Sport for Good. Oliver Mergens from the VAUDE Academy explained why sustainability is important, how it can be implemented, and the role that is played by team sports. He also gave tips on how to deal with excessive de- mands and a lack of optimism.
The Laureus Sport for Good support programmes were also re- presented by speakers. Deborah Helmbold and Katharina Mar- tin from FAIR.STÄRKEN spoke about the practical participation of children and young people. Nadine Heptner from KICKFAIR presented the sense of belonging theory and explained how the organisation creates „places of belonging“. Youth leader Tim gave insights into his involvement with the KICKFAIR program- me.
